Unpaid reservations
We store your name, email, selected offer, quantity and submission time to gauge interest and manage your request. We also store a random request identifier and keyed hashes to prevent duplicate retries and limit abuse. A reservation is not a purchase, does not reserve guaranteed stock or price, and does not subscribe you to marketing. No card or address is collected. Authorized operators may review or export these records privately. We review reservation records within 90 days and remove them when no longer needed for your request; you may request correction or deletion through our contact form. No automatic confirmation email is sent by the reservation form.
Information collected
The site may collect information you submit through contact or newsletter forms. Our payment processor separately collects the payment, billing, and—when required—shipping information needed to process an order.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to messages, maintain newsletter preferences, process and fulfill orders, send release or fulfillment updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
Authorized providers may process limited data on our behalf, including Stripe for payments, hosting and database providers for site operation, and an email provider for transactional or requested messages. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. For access, correction, or deletion questions, use the contact form. Some order records may be retained when required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
