With over 38 years in the cosmetology industry, Valerie Bryant has been more than a stylist, she has been a confidante, a counselor, and a witness to the countless stories that unfold in her clients’ lives. Her salon chair became a sanctuary for ministry, a place where life’s complexities could be unraveled and understood.

Valerie’s path has been one of resilience and faith. Navigating the roles of wife, mother, and business owner, she faced the heartache of divorce and the challenges of single parenthood. Through it all, she found solace and strength in her relationship with Christ.

Today, Valerie is on a sabbatical from dating, dedicating her life wholly to God’s purpose. She believes the most profound lessons come not from textbooks, but from lived experience, and she is compelled to share those lessons to guide others toward self-discovery and spiritual fulfillment.

Her mission is to teach women and men how to stop failing life’s emotional tests, set boundaries with grace, and align with God before aligning with anyone else. Her debut book, The Dating Assignment Testimony, is a raw, spiritually grounded work on modern love, relationships, boundaries, and emotional survival.
