Preorder Policy

Release timing

The release date for The Dating Assignment Testimony and its companion study guide has not yet been announced. A preorder reserves the selected product; it does not promise delivery by a specific date. We will email preorder customers when the release date is confirmed and if the expected timing materially changes.

Delivery and shipping

Physical products will be shipped to the address collected during checkout after inventory is available for fulfillment. Digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout after release and are not delivered immediately during the preorder period. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military or diplomatic addresses may have higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. International shipping is available by quote where service is available; international customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier fees imposed by the destination country. The complete shipping charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment for quote-based orders.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before your order is fulfilled. After a physical order ships or a digital file is delivered, refund eligibility is handled under the store terms and applicable law. Submit requests through the site contact form using the same email address used at checkout.

Order updates

A payment receipt is sent after checkout. Valerie B. or the authorized store operator may send fulfillment and release updates to the checkout email address. Order data is used only to process payment, communicate about the order, fulfill the purchase, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
